Wickham of Ware Design and Manufacture special Service Vehicles
Five different special service vehicles are illustrated in this August 1962 advert from D Wickham & Company Limited which they claim they would design and build to any specification. There was a self-propelled air compressor trolley, an overhead line inspection car, a six-wheel rail motor ambulance, tanker trolley and the Wickham-Elliot track recording coach. The later used an similar body to the Wickham railbuses in passenger use.
