RIV Roller Bearing Axle Boxes in Three Basic Types
Revolvo Limited supplied their Italian built RIV Roller Bearing axleboxes in three shapes to "cover all design requirements": barrel-shaped; cylindrical; and Tapered. The 1958 advert has a large drawing of a D600 series Warship but it is not mentioned which, if any, of the three types was fitted to these locos.
