A striking October 1961 advert from the Skefko Ball Bearing Company noting that of the 1,800 locos in service or on order the largest majority were fitted with their SKF spherical roller bearing axleboxes. A number of different loco types are show with some artistic license: D68 (a Class 45), D6325 (Class 22), number not readable (Class 24), D6500 (Class 33), number not readable (Class 42). Where coaches are seen the liveries match the regions for the locos (LMR, SR and WR).
