This January 1963 advert from Brush Electrical Engineering Company Limited (part of Hawker Siddeley Industries) concentrates on their traction motors, of which there were now over 1000 in use in the Brush Type 2 locomotives. The main image is a photograph of one of these motors and the line drawing is the side of one of these locomotives in which they had achieved "an unmatched record of trouble free service." It also notes they were now supplying traction motors for the Brush and British Railways built Type 4 locomotives.
